Network Path was not found

Recently we created two subnets in our network. Let’s call it subnet A and subnet B. These two subnets are connected with a Layer 3 switch. We can ping all the computers & server in subnet A from subnet B, both by name and IP address. This shows that our WINS and DNS are working fine. When browsing from subnet B, I can see all the servers in subnet A, but the problem is when I try to open 4 servers out of approximately 10 servers that we have in subnet A, I get an message saying
\\serverx is not accisible and then says The network path could not be found.
I can open the shared resources in these server from any computer in subnet A but not from subnet B. The tricky part is its having with only 4 servers out of the 10 we have.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
