Network Printer Problem

By geo-wv ·
We have a Ricoh Color Laser AP206 Printer installed on our network. It has been working properly until this afternoon. When printing a document, the printer cuts off the right side of the document. This has happened to two different users in WORD, PUBLISHER and even the test page. This problem occurred before, but I can't remember how it was corrected. Thanks for your help.

Network printers can usually be access in Internet Explorer, all of ours are. We have two Ricoh multifunction printers an Aficio 450 and an Aficio 2035e both of which offer tons of info when you open them up in IE. We also have an HP4600 and it shows exaactly how much of each color cartridge is left as well as tons of other stuff. So browse to htt:// or whatever and check it out.

Have you checked to see if the paper supply is loaded correctly? May sound like a simple solution, but 99% of our printer problems stems from users who load the paper supply improperly.

Good Luck
