Network printing problem

We have recently started using windows 2000/xp on client machines in our network. I have a printer to one of the machines and shared it in the usual way. I have then logged on to the other machines with Admin rights and set up the machine to printto the printer accross the network. My problem is that when anybody other than the user I used to set up the printer logs on to the network the printer does not appear in the printers folder and thus they cannot print.
Is there a simple way to remedy this problem.
