I’m getting ready to write up some process and procedures for supporting a WAN/LAN network. I didn’t wat to re-invent the wheel, so I thought I’d throw it out for disscussion. I’m looking for a template I can pass to the server and desktop group so all groups procedures are written up in the same format.
Any ideas? Any one know of something ready made?
