Networking – Windows Vista64 >> Windows Vista32

I am trying to network two computers, one using Windows Vista 64bit, one using Windows Vista 32bit. When you look in the “Network” folder, it shows the 32bit PC only. It is like this on both computers. Settings in Network and Sharing Center are as followed::

Private Network
Network Discovery: On (32bit Custom… can’t figure out how to change it… it stays custom when I click “On”)
File Sharing: On
Public Folder Sharing: On
Printer Sharing: Off
Password Protected Sharing: Off
Media Sharing: Off

Both are in the same work group as well. It won’t allow the computers to play games in a network either. I have tried many different things to fix this, I am not sure anymore. I’ve heard 64 and 32 bit have issues like this, but I do not know how to fix it. Please help if you know.
