New email virus

has anyone been getting a new email virus today? The subject line is : Hi
Then in the body of the email it says:
When I saw this screen saver, I immediately thought about you
I am in a harry, I promise you will love it!
Any Ideas on what this virus is?

  This virus will insert itself in the registry, and the winnt\system32 directory. Most anti-virus definition files have been update to fight this. Just another attack through Outlook.
