Brand new laptop. I start it up, follow all the setup process and the laptop starts up just fine. As the first step, I plan to check for new updates and just get the updates out of the way. I check for new updates and it’s a list of 30 updates. 20 of them download and install just fine.
But the other 10 require a restart. One of them is KB5012599. The problem is that laptop has stopped responding !! Can’t restart, can’t minimize the settings window, can’t see the taskbar. I can only move around my cursor.
Why is windows so bad ?! Why can’t they get a simple thing like their own OS update right ?! So frustrating !!!
