pc starts up, no video, (monitor is on) there is pwr to kb, will not allow to access bios. long beep every 4 seconds. mainboard is a GIGABYTE GA-M57SLI-S4 AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP ATX AMD w AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000 cpu and DDR2 800 2 gigs Mem, 160 gig seagate hd and an XFX PVT86JYAHG GeForce 8500GT 512MB video card. we removed Mem and puter still has same issue, changed video card same issue. i believe the issue is the mainboard, could i be wrong? this is my sons new pc he purchased from newegg.com he has not been able to install an OS.
