New User not Visible in Address Book.

Windows 2003 Server with Exchange 2003. Clients running Windows XP Professional with Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2003.

My problem is that one of the existing employees cannot see a new user that was added into exchange in his address book of the email client.

All other employees are able to see the new user in their address book.

The user having the issue is running Outlook 2003 and i have checked that it is working online and sync with the exchange server. It has been over 24hours since the new user was added.

Any ideas?
