I am working with an outside web designer to create a new look for my companies website. He has some great ideas, but I’m afraid he can get too creative and strays off track. Does anyone have any suggestions to streamline this kind of a large-scale project? We are currently working on a flowchart, but this will be my first redesign and I’m not sure if there is something better to use as a guide. Thoughts and any feedback is greatly appreciated.
