Newsletters

I haven't recieved any of the newsletters I subscribe to in since August 28th, 2002. I can't seem to get any mail from Techrepublic.com. I updated my newsletters and still haven't recieved word of the changes. Any ideas?

A few ideas

1. Check with your ISP to make sure that the mail isn't blocked by spam blocking software.

2. Double-check your e-mail address to verify the correct characters.
If it is wrong, un-subsribe, wait a few days, and re-subscribe.

3. Contact Tech Republic directly using the Help button near the upper right corner of most TR pages.

Thanks for the reply, I have tried all 3. My ISP says they don't block. I even unsubbed and resubbed useing the non-html format. That message got through fine. I have now chosen to change my email address. I don't know why this happened. I have beenusing this mail account here for about 2 years now. Strange. I emailed support the , but all I have gotten so far is the canned message.

I emailed support and this is and the reply I got explained that since they don't use double opt-in.

What sucks about this is that I called RR and was flat lied to. The tech told me time and again they didn't block mail. Of course he was just saying what he was told to say.
