NIC card not showing in winipcfg

Installed Linksys 10/100 Etherfast lan card. Installed ok and both computers see each other fine with netbeui. But with tcp/ip, it installs fine and able to put in an ip adrs. However, winipcfg doesn’t show the adapter. A netgear adapter was previously installed but removed.
