    As someone who spends long hours working on my website late into the night, I’ve found Night Light to be an invaluable tool for easing eye strain and improving my overall screen experience.

    Night Light, a feature on Windows 10, is like having a gentle sunset on your screen, reducing the harsh blue light emission that can cause eye fatigue and disrupt sleep patterns. By activating Night Light, I’ve noticed a significant difference in how comfortable and relaxed my eyes feel, even during extended periods of screen time.

    To activate Night Light, I simply go to Settings > System > Display on my Windows 10 device and toggle Night Light on. I can adjust the intensity of the warmer color temperature to suit my preference, ensuring a customized viewing experience that’s easy on the eyes.
