i had bought a second hand DELL pc with operating system of windows xp where the administrator was disabled and now, i can’t download any programs or even upgrade some programs on my pc due to not enough previleges….how can i enable the administrator user so i can start downloading stuff on my computer? i think my computer was part of a domain where it was being used as a shared computer.
