No Hibernate on Shutdown Menu Win 2K Pro

I bought 2 machines and had Win 2K Pro on both. One had Hibernate on the Shutdown Menu and the other didn’t. How can I get the other to show it? On the Power options in Control Panel, The ‘enable Hibernation support’ option is greyed out.
