no hotspot in iphone 13 pro max?

I want to ask why I cant find prssonal hotspot in my iPhone 13 pro max?
please help

  that recent iOS versions sometimes hide the personal hotspot settings inside the “Cellular” settings. Open Settings app, scroll down to Cellular and tap that. Personal hotspot settings should be available there, if provided by your cellular service provider.
  Sometimes after we do this, the Personal Hotspot then shows up as a separate setting in the Settings app. Just another Apple iOS annoyance you have to learn to deal with.

  Don’t forget that sometimes the setting is in the phone, but you may have to have your carrier enable/add the feature at the account billing level. Never assume it will automatically be enabled.
  
  To make things even more confusing, some MVNO’s and prepaid providers may not allow the feature and users can’t request it.

  you should call your mobile sim provider company and ask for MMS and Personal hotspot APN, USERNAME, And PASSWORD.
  restart your phone and you will find the hotspot option in your settings once the cellular data is turned on.

  By Following such Steps You can Turn On the Hotspot of Iphone 13 Pro
  
  Tap Settings > General > About from the Home screen.
  To alter the name of your iPhone’s personal hotspot, tap Name.
  To return to the main list of settings, go to About > General > Settings.
  Select Personal Hotspot from the drop-down menu.
  Turn on Allow Others to Join by tapping the toggle switch.
  To change the Wi-Fi Password, tap Wi-Fi Password.

  If you can’t find or turn on Personal Hotspot, check that your wireless carrier enabled it and that your wireless plan supports it. Restart the iPhone or iPad that provides Personal Hotspot and the other device that needs to connect to Personal Hotspot. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
