no incoming messages

Hi,
I have a PC with Outlook Express 6 installed. Two accounts from different POP3-servers. SMTP is the same ISP.
I’m able to send e-mail, but there is nothing coming in. The error I get from OE is:
0x80004005
Any suggestions? TIA
