Alright so I just hooked up my amd x2 4200 cpu and mobo into my old case with my 250 watt ps (I know its small but it actually came with the mobo and cpu from dell) I hook it all up and when I plug in the PS the CPU and CASE fan start spinning, but its like their getting small jolts of power, on off on off on off. And I cant power on the PC, Every component seems to work when I change it into my backup pc (almost identical setup) but I cant get it to work when they are all together. What could be the issue?
