This computer has only 8mb mem,runs really slow,&loads slow.Lost all sound and cdrom reading.Cdrom plugged to sound card & is mitsumi cd rom.Comes up with invalid media win trying to read cd.checked all connections & all seems to be right,it is a packard ?!#@,486/33.Formmatted hard drive using another Pkbell computer to read cd and used master restore disk it came with,huh,to no avail.And yes I fdsked & reformatted and put back in other pkbell computer but same problem.It will not let me updateto Win98 while attached to other computer so I can read CD-rom install disk win 98.Honestly I’m tired of messing with it but I have 4 computers And I like the challenge any help would be appreciated.
