No Transport Provider available

I set up this internet email account. It can receive mails but cannot send mails. I’m using the Corporate or Workgroup settings in Outlook 2000. Error says “No Transport Provider was available for delivery to this recipient.”
My SMTP Server address is JGEXCHANGE.
