Non-vendor specific Firewall checklist

I was wondering if anyone happened to have a non-vendor specific Desktop Firewall checklist. I’m looking for something that would have the basics that a corporation would want/look for from a desktop firewall. This is going to be used as a base-line for comparing multiple DTFW vendors.
