I have NSW 2007 and I have a problem with go back. I tried to use the go back feature and my computer freezes. When I try to boot it, it will come to the point where there’s a screen that tells me to run scan disk. Once it reaches this point both my keyboard and mouse cease to work, so I am not able to do anything with it. The mouse and keyboard work until I get to that screen and I cannot click enter or OK to initiate the process.
