Not AS easy vs EASY

By trevoraki ·
You mentioned how easy Linux is but had to mention three TLA's (Three Letter Acronyms) to explain how easy it is. In windows I just shove the disk in the CD/DVD player and I click an install button when it appears on the screen. Now THAT is simple.

I didn't mention anything.

At least not today. At least not in relation to Linux/Windows. So who you talkin' to?

Oh I did I did

I mentioned a few things today.

I commented on the Linux fan who was bummed that Linux wasn't more popular than Windows; I just finished talking about football hooligans in the FIFA replay thread. I made a few others but don't even remember what the threads were about; I did say some stuff today though.

Nothing relevant to THIS thread though but I suppose nothing will be relevant here without some AIM or outline for the thread to begin with.

Oh, were you talking to me?

I was.

I was talking to you.

But you never return my calls any more.

Is this like the girl and the gorilla at the zoo?

"He doesn't come, he doesn't call, he doesn't write."

Something like that.

by seanferd In reply to Is this like the girl and ...

But the zoo is a vacuum.

I though Hoover was a vacuum.

Sears doesn't have the zoo brand in the catalog; who carries it?

Damn, I thought it was a dam.

by Oz_Media In reply to I though Hoover was a vac ...

In the UK your hoover is the vacuum, any vacuum, no matter who made it.

In BC, a hoover is a person that hogs the joint.

In high school a hoover was the girl known to suck a tennis ball through a garden hose.

In my current line of work, Hoover is a competitor.

Hoover was also the name of a talkign seal.

I don't like this clip too much but couldn't find others I've heard before. He used to say his name perfectly, even with full annuncuation of the consonants.
