    Not printing more than 10 copy at a time

    Our printer does not print more than 10 copies at a time and this is causing us a lot of problems in our daily work.

      So your print command (in what program?) says, say, print 50 copies, and the printer only prints 10? That’s right?
      – What does the spooler say about the number of copies?
      – Did the IT department already discuss this issue with the printer manufacturer?
