Notebook doesn’t display ppt correctly

We just recently installed server 2003 and are using powerpoint for presentations from a shared drive on our server. The slide show displays fine all of our computers except one notebook (the one that we use for our projector of course). Even though the font is embedded in the presentation, the fonts don’t display as the font they are and the format of the slide gets messed up (i.e. extra large spaces, not return where there was one, etc.). I just administer the server and computers and don’t use powerpoint so I don’t know how to help them fix this. Anyone have any suggestions or answers?
