I have a couple users that I support which use a treo and Palm V that are having problems synching with their desktop. They are both using the same versions of the Palm Desktop and Hotsync. When they synch, Hotsync claims that it synchs each item (calendar, address book, etc) but nothing actually synchs. One user was told to upgrade his Palm V to something else but I don’t buy it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software and removing the profile from the PC. We are using Palm Desktop 4.x, Hotsync and Chapura PocketMirror.
