Are you tired of Working extremely hard to get rid of those pounds?

Stop making it so hard on yourself! There is absolutely NO need to work THAT hard to lose the weight. It's a proven fact that over-exercising will NOT get rid of the weight NEARLY as quickly as supplementing your body with organic metabolism inducers.

- Boost Metabolism.
- Build Muscle tone.
- Increase Energy & Stamina.

And MOST Importantly...

More specifically, POSITIVE results!

Hmmm.

by boxfiddler Moderator In reply to Results!

Positive being equated with '+', do you mean to say you're wanting to gain weight? :0

Do I have to explain everything?

by NickNielsen In reply to Hmmm.

When trying to lose, positive results means negative gain.

With that title, I thought you were

talking about having switched to a new drink.

Funny you should say that

by NickNielsen In reply to With that title, I though ...

The title was inspired by a series of cider adverts I saw on SkySat TV when I was last stationed in Germany.

I don't remember the brand of cider, but do remember the ads. They involved hedgehogs crushing cars, ducks dive-bombing hunters, and other such absurdities. At the end of the ad, the camera would zoom on a watcher, who would turn and give the tag line "Now THAT was a refreshing change!"

BTW, welcome back. It's been quite a while since I've seen you in the forums.

It's good to be back

by Deadly Ernest In reply to Funny you should say that

About six years ago I went from broadband to a slow speed dial up at 28.8 kbs but kept participating as best as I could. About eighteen months back I moved house and now have broadband again. However at the same time I had some serious health problems and spent most of my spare time writing books. All the forums I was involved in except two writing forums seemed to slip by there and before I knew it it's eight months later. I'm trying to get my life reorganised again to have more time at TR, but when I log in I rarely see a discussion I find interesting or a question I can answer that isn't already answered.

As my health improves I should start spending more time at the computer and less lying in bed, so things should improve over time.

It feels good to have been missed.

Sorry to hear that

Hope things continue to improve for you.

They would if I can win the lottery, but first

by Deadly Ernest In reply to Sorry to hear that

I need to find the money to buy the lottery ticket.

Like the song - One day at a time sweet Lord, one day at a time. That's how I take things at the moment.
