NT Logon banner for 98 clients

How do you create a logon banner with multiple lines? I need to put a long sentence in the logon banner, but also control what portions of the sentence are on which line within the banner. I know there is a way to force a “line feed” at a specific place but don’t remember how.

What I’m looking for is a very simple command. It doesn’t require “programming”. When the banner’s text is typed in Poledit you can use or something similar to create a new line. I can’t get it to work right.
