NT Passwords

Does anybody know ways or cracks to change forgotten administrative passwords, in NT Server. So that is getting in and changing the password or at least creating a new administrative account.

    This program only allows administrators to use it in NT. This is a case where the previous Tech left on bad terms and refused to divulge the password. I may have to reinstall. Any other suggestions.
