I am running Citrix Metaframe on NT 4.0 Terminal servers. My clients are stating that sometimes they get the usual NT print job confirmation message where they have to click OK. And some of them do not get the message at all?
I checked the control panel –> services running to see if this was an NT service, but couldn’t find anything, other than the spooler.
Does anyone know out there what controls this print job confirmation message? Can it be turned on/off? Any help would be great.
