NTFS files W2000 using 98 ME disk?

I want to back up NTFS files from W2000 using a HD from 98 ME

i’m tryin back up files from HD running W2000 pro as OS, using a HD from a w98 ME ,OS,
having problems, freeze ups etc

i have TWO PCs, each has 2 trays, for secondary master HDs, which i can switch….. i wish to back up some files from W2000 pro HD to HD running ME

comments?

can i use a utility like this to save these files ,created on NFTS to W98 ME HD?
