Number of users of a network printer

I have just bought a new high speed laser printer for our NT network which was to replace two slower ones. Unfortunately there seems to be a limit on the number of users who can connect at one time (10). Can anyone confirm this and if it is correct how do I work around it as I need to allow 21 users at a time?
