Server = Exchange server 2003 SP1, Client = Outlook 2003 sp1.
I have 1 user that has had this strange problem a couple times now. Last Monday (April 25) when she opened her Outlook client, there were messages she hadn?t seen in there before which were actually received by the email server (10 days before) on April 16 (some internal, some external). I did message tracking and the email server did receive the messages addressed to her on the 16th and it said it delivered them to her inbox at that time. The only problem is that she didn?t see them until the 25th (10 days later). The problem happened again today (May 2) ? she had new messages in her inbox that were actually received by the exchange server and supposedly delivered to her inbox on April 22 and 23 (about 10 days prior). She does receive email on a daly basis (internal and external). Any ideas?
