I have aclient that when using his OCS Communicator client finds that when he tries to utilize ‘redial’function by clicking on a recently used number it comes back saying can’t connect. However when he types the same number into the communicator client it dials out fine? Issue only occurs when clicking on a previously used number….Please advise.
