    Office 07 Initializing root folders

    In office 07 there is a fairly common problem with disconnected network drives, and loading/saving documents. The issue is that everytime I try and load/save a document, i see the message box “Initializing root folders”. I know of the fix for this, were you just need to disconnected and inactive mapped network drives. Unfortunately being an IT person I have tons of mapped network drives, but not all are constantly connected. Is there a way where I can have it all; I would like to keep my network drives, and office 07, but I am tired of this message everytime I try to load/save documents. Anyone know if there is a fix for this. Thanks
