Office 2000 client with Exchange 2003

On a Win 2k3 Server With Exchange 2k3 with all other PC’s on the Network using Office 2003. I want to know how, to get the 2000 Outlook client to see the All Public Folders for public calendars and contacts which the Office 2003 Outlook clients have available.
