Each time MS Word or MS Excel is opened the “Windows Installer” window opens.
Then the “Microsoft Office 2000 Profesional” panel pops up and displays “Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office 2000 Professional” After it has completed the action the program opens and all works as advertised. We have run the “Repair”, and also removed and reloaded office Peofessional without correctioning the problem.
