Office 2000 print problem

I have a friend who has the following issue in Access 2000. “Regular printing works okay, but help screens won’t print, nor will anything from the web that brings up a pop-up window to print. If you find out anything, I’d be interested, but I’m living with it the way it is.”

I can’t duplicate the problem.

Any suggestions?
