Office 2000, XP Pro ODBC problem

We have a mail merge application that uses Word 2000 and a Visual FoxPro 7 table. On the machines that run Windows 2000 pro, this application works well. With our 4 new XP Pro machines (using Office 2000 as well) we can no longer do our mail merge. Office cannot find the VFP ODBC drivers. Has anybody else run into this situation and if so, how do I fix it?
