    Office 2003

    How do I increase the font in Office 2003 fo all viewing of emails? I increased it for the text based messages but cannot seem to figure out how to increase for html based email. I increased my resolution to 1600 x 1200 and I have gotten everything else to a usable size but still stuck on the emails.

      Options
      Fonts
      Choose the Font.
      Click the radio button Always Use My Fonts.
      Click Apply
      Click Ok.

        I made a boo boo there in my quick instructions. teach me to listen to what my intern is trying to tell me..haha

        It is Tools
        Options
        Mail Format
        Fonts
        Choose the fonts you wish
        Click Ok
        Uncheck the radio box for Automatically display rich text
        Click International Fonts
        Select User Defined
        Choose the fonts
        Click Ok
        Click the Always use my Fonts button
        Click Apply
        Click Ok

        Should really be done now.
