If you didn’t VLited or NLited your OS then simply enable the speech support in the OS….office require it to function, IF VLited or NLited then disable apon installing Office 2003 in the “Office shared Features” settings tab the” Alternative User Input” option.
I’ve been struggling with it for about a week now only to find that the speech support in Vista, if disabled, keeps the msi files for future installation.
Now running like a baby.
