Have a couple of WinXP PCs that died and were replaced with new Vista Business PCs. After installing the legitimate copy of Office 2003 on each machine, the Office 2003 activation never completes. Each time that the user starts Word or Excel, they see the EULA and must click on the ‘Accept’ button. Office works fine, except for some Automation problems because the EULA form hangs the processing.
