Office 97 on Windows 2000 with Citrix XP

Hi,

I have a BIG problem. We are running a Windows 2000 advanced server(US) with Citrix Metaframe XP(US). Office 97(NL) is installed on this machine. But when people start to work with word everything seems fine but afeter some time word suddenlydisapplears from the screen and all the change in de doncuments are lost. Word realy crashes…

We thought well lets install Office97 service patch 1 and 2. SR patch 1 seems to be installed correct but when trying to upgrade to SR-2 whe get the message SR-1 in nog installed yet. Even though in word when we look in the info page we see that SR-1 is installed. Al the dialog boxes have been changed too. The No button is suddenly Yes …???.

Please Help me anything helps,
