Office setup and security.

Hello everyone
I am looking for feedback on how to secure our office equipment.
We have 2 offices with about 60 employees.
I need to encrypt all devices, manage software and security policies ....
I have looked into a service called jumpcloud, a cloud LDAP. Which looks good.
But should I be looking to set up our own onsite solution.

Not sure where and how to start. Any and all advice welcome.
