I cannot install in my Widows Vista Home Premium Edition:

Update for Microsoft Script Editor Help (KB963671)
Update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB967642)

I’ve tried the windows knowledge base,tried unistalling Miscrosft Office but cannot, deleting windows downnloaded Program Files, I’ve even copied OSE file to the original location, set the Office Source Engine to Delayed Start but all did not work.
