Office XP

I have a user running Office XP and she’s having problems with her Outlook. Her problems are: 1.) She was migrated from Netscape and is used to having the address/name filled in when she starts typing. This is not happening for her in Outlook, and I’m unsure if there is a on/off switch for this feature. I set it up where new messages first look in her contacts folder for addresses. Don’t know what else to do. 2.) She also wants to BCC or CC herself on every email she sends out. Do I need to create a rule to do this or is there another way? Thanks
