Office XP to Office 2003 deployment

I work in a small mom and pop company with a user community that is very sensitive to change. We are all running Windows XP/SP2 and Office XP. I was planning to install Office 2003 this year and wanted to know if there were any mods that would give the navigational feel of Office XP for Outlook 2003?? I know this is a silly question, I just wanted to explore all avenues prior to my deployment.
