Office XP Track changes

I just converted our office to Office Xp from office 97 and 2000. We are required to track changes in some of our documents needing to be able to see what was changed at to what. When we make the changes in Office XP now some of the systems do notshow the striketrough for the modified text and some do. What do I need to do to be able to see this on all our systems?
