i have this version of office2007 which is a mono-language interface.
when i go through MS-Word language settings or the office language settings tool, and try to change it to display menus and dialog boxes in English.. it simply accepts my choices but does not put them into effect !
the funny thing is that excel’s interface is english !
so, is there a missing system file that allows for this? or..? or..?
