There’s no longer an “Office 365”. It’s now “Microsoft 365”. And it includes Teams and Outlook, functionality that’s totally absent in LibreOffice, let alone in Open Office, its predecessor so to say.
But the answer is like comparing an orange and a tangerine. Different flavors. For me I use LibreOffice because it does what I need. In my use, it’s BETTER than 365 because I can run it anywhere I like without asking or paying for it.
